Production: The production of this wine begins with its harvest in September after full maturation. After fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature. The next step is raising batonnage about three months on fine lees. And finally the wine remains in bottle for 6 months. 10.000 bottles.

Dehesa del Carrizal: Grandes Vinos de Pago de los montes de Toledo
Dehesa del Carrizal está situada en los Montes de Toledo, cerca del Parque Nacional de Cabañeros, entre las cuencas del Tajo y del Guadiana.
Esta bodega cuenta con Vinos de Pago, la más alta calificación que contempla la legislación. Se trata de una Denominación de Origen Protegida y limitada a unas pocas bodegas españolas. La singularidad del enclave, los suelos y el clima hacen que se obtengan vinos excepcionales.
Las primeras cepas habitan Dehesa del Carrizal desde 1987. A este Cabernet Sauvignon se fueron uniendo después Syrah, Merlot, Tempranillo, Chardonnay y Petit Verdot.
