Premium Interóleo Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from olive trees in Spain. Coming from healthy fields, and mountain landscapes. Its farmers strive to collect the fruit in optimal conditions to work their best natural juice.
Type of oils: EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Reference: Premium
Variety: PICUAL
Each year they start with an oil production of the recently harvested olives in the last months of the previous year. Depending on the situation of the olive trees, if they are in cooler areas or with higher altitude, the weather and the variety of olives, their maturation varies from one place to another, and the harvesting campaign can begin in mid- November lengthening until the end of February in some cases.
In order to obtain the Premium Interóleo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the olives, once collected directly from the olive tree, must pass directly from the field to the mill, must arrive whole and must be pressed without delay, without storage, so that the olives do not spoil and the taste of the oil is unpleasantly modified, which in the end is simple olive juice.
Soft Interóleo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil whose origin is green olives, which have not yet matured. Green olives cost more to collect, they are still strongly attached to the tree. Not having matured its pulp is more tight and less juice is extracted, so to make a liter of oil it takes an average of 2 kg more olives than to make a liter of ripened olive oil.
Premium olive oil is a limited production oil. While the green olives are still being harvested, the rest continue their ripening process, so only part of the crop will become this type of oil. These factors make premium olive oil more expensive.
They offer a variety of packaging and bottling, always dedicated to the needs of their customers worldwide.
