In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, product prices and shipping costs are the same as those applied to the rest of the Mainland, with a flat shipping rate of €7.5. Customs duties and taxes are included in the final price, and all administrative and documentation procedures are managed through Click Canarias, which handles the entire process.
For shipments outside Spain, the displayed price does not include any possible taxes, customs duties or other additional charges arising from the destination country, which shall be borne by the buyer in accordance with the applicable regulations.
If, due to force majeure circumstances, a product is not available after the purchase has been completed, Vinopremier.com will inform the customer by email of the total or, where applicable, partial cancellation of the order.
Currently, there is no minimum purchase amount for free shipping, except for occasional promotions that will be expressly communicated on the website.
Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. When the order is shipped, a new email will be sent with the information necessary to track the shipment.
All orders are shipped in packaging specially designed for the transport of bottles, in order to ensure maximum protection during transit. Shipments are insured against breakage or loss for 100% of their value. In the event of an incident, Vinopremier.com will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.
