AM3 Asenjo & Manso Roble Magnum is produced in the Ribera del Duero wine region, famous for its world-class red wines. Using carefully selected Tempranillo grapes, this wine captures the essence of the terroir and the authentic expression of the region.
The winemaking process begins with manual harvesting of the grapes at optimal ripeness. The grapes undergo a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the fruity flavors and freshness typical of the Tempranillo variety.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for at least four months. During this time, the wine acquires a more complex structure, as well as elegant notes of vanilla, spice and toastiness from the wood.
AM3 Asenjo & Manso Roble Magnum Red Wine is an ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes, from roasted red meats to game dishes and aged cheeses. Its versatility and balanced structure make it a wine appreciated by connoisseurs and novices alike.
AM3 Asenjo & Manso Roble Magnum is a high-quality wine that stands out for its elegance, complexity, and captivating taste. With each bottle, Asenjo & Manso continues its tradition of producing outstanding wines that delight wine lovers around the world.
