"Blanche" style beer (Belgian White of wheat) with a touch of bitter orange peel, coriander seeds and a special touch of bourbon, in addition to selected Belgian yeasts.
Undoubtedly, one of the most remarkable qualities of Barbière beer is that they cultivate their strains of yeasts imported from Belgium, which gives very characteristic nuances.
