Blau red wineIt is made with 50% Mazuelo, 25% Garnacha and 25% Syrah.
It belongs to the D.O. Montsant, which is located around the Priory but does not enjoy the same fame although it has high quality and cheaper wine than those of D.O.Proyorate in the D.O. Montsant can be worked with characteristic varieties, planted and adapted each one of them from different components, sandy, clay for the cariñena grape, limestone for the Syrah and Pizarroso for the garnacha. The red wine Blau is made by the Cellers Can Blau winery, this winery was born in 2003, has 34 hectares of vineyard and 300 barrels. The Gil Vera and Victor Rodriguez family participate, the technical aspects are led by the winemaker Nuria Sarroca.
This wine has a 4 -month breeding in barrels and has a production of 90000 bottles.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.

Cellers Can Blau: Un rojizo escarlata de la comarca del Priorato
El secreto de esa riqueza de sabores es mucho más palpable que las leyendas románticas que pueblan la historia de la sierra del Montsant. Los vinos Can Blau combinan con el don de un nigromante uvas dispares.
De los valles arcillosos se cosecha la uva Cariñena, rica en taninos. En los abruptos relieves de roca caliza crecen los sabrosos racimos de Syrah. Hay además un Priorato de pizarra antigua y oscura, que ve brotar la uva Garnacha. El hechizo que produce el encuentro de las tres variedades en diferentes proporciones, solas o con otras, da lugar a los tintos que elabora Cellers Can Blau.
