After a minimum of 5 years of aging in the winery he was partially aged.
In the moment he brushes his mouth, he reveals corpulence, nerve, flexibility, vivacity and delicacy. This new exceptional cuvée is made of an exclusive selection of vineyards from famous peoples, including summons and hautvillers. The Arbane and Petit Meslier have practically disappeared from the vineyards of Champagne.
With two years of parenting during the last ten years, only 4,000 bottles were created.
