“The snapshot” would be the translation of the name of this champagne, it is the cuvee that this winery produces every year and that shows us a “photo”, a “snapshot” of the characteristics of the vintage in the Hure Freres vineyards. This vintage has been one of the great vintages of the last decade, which is why this millesime is one of the best in the history of this vigneron, directed by Francois Hure. Tremendously gastronomic Champagne, with almost 6 years of aging on lees that give it notable complexity and also has a very affordable price for the category in which it is located. It is difficult to find a millesime with this quality-price ratio and it will undoubtedly improve with some time in the bottle. Highly recommended for those who like to enjoy vintage champagnes.
