The passion fruit puree (Passion Fruit) MONIN is a highly concentrated fruit purée, pre-sweetened and made with fruit and natural flavors of premium quality for optimal taste and texture in beverages gourmet. Does not require refrigeration.
Originally from South America, today fruit of passion (or passion fruit) is cultivated in temperate and tropical regions where it is very much appreciated. So appreciated to find it outside of these regions is not always easy. In Hawaii, the fruit of the passion (known as lilikoi Islands) often consumed in juice.
Applications: Ice cream teas and frozen; lemonades; smoothies; soft drinks; cocktails with and without alcohol; desserts; decorations for drinks
