This Geneva Geneva Tarquin´s Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin has been distilled with pure water and 14 botanists selected throughout the world. The best of a London Dry Gin with a fresh and fruity touch contributed by the fruits that compose it. 

Elaboration

For the elaboration of this Geneva, the Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin distillation process is carried out as a base. To do this, 11 of the botanists are added to the wiring (except for violets, ruibarbo and raspberry) and let themselves macerate during the night in a neutral grain brandy based on wheat. Before lighting the bargains in the morning, violets that are missing to complete the recipe are added. As the wires are heated, Tarquin constantly monitors the process, sniffing and testing the distillate brandy that comes out of the wire at different temperatures. Only the heart of the purest distillation is taken (achieved when the alambique has reached the temperature of 78 ° C), and the cuts of heads and queues are left aside (the first and last part of the distillation) that do not have the Degree of texture and flavor more selective. After distillation, this heart cut (around 76% of pure gin volume) is cut with spring water of demineralized cornualles to reduce it to 38% of desired volume. Each bottle is filled and tagged by hand, immerses itself in a slow cooking pot full of paraffin wax, the Puffin logo is stamped, it is given batch tasting notes and also signed by hand individually.
