Bodega House Detilio was born as a tribute to our parents, Paquita and Tilio, which have instilled in us the spirit of respect, work, friendship and passion.
In the heart of the Ribera del Duero Vallisoletana, on its southwest balcony, the “Teso la Talda” farm is an exceptional Altitude on sea level, it gives rise to a special microclimate. It is conferred by a privileged place for nature and fauna.
The first vintage of Detilio 2020, described as excellent by the regulatory council, it is a very intense author, exclusive and production wine, with a living nerve that seeks purity, elegance and fineness granted by the land of the moor. Produced from a single vineyard, the "Teso la Talda", veiled by hand at the beginning of October 2020 and prepared by integral vinification in 500 liter barrels with daily manual bazuqueos, native yeasts, malactic fermentation and parenting in French oak barrels during At least 14 months, to forge the perfection of the purity of the Ribera del Duero, a very high level of self -examination that can only direct excellence.
