With at least 3 years of aging in French oak barrel.
DYC distilleries were established in 1959 in Palazuelos de Eresma, Segovia Province, by Nicomedes Garcia.
Color: pale straw.
Nose: With a hint of fruit, spices and toasted oak.
Palate: Creamy, malty and spicy.
Finish: Smoky and spicy.
