When we talk about Gastro, we refer to a unique craft beer with a fresh, delicate and aromatic flavor. Brewed with three types of malt, seven hops from three different continents, which give it a unique and exclusive character. It is the aromas that give Gastro a unique characteristic, tropical aromas that give the beer a freshness worthy of the most demanding palates. It is a GASTRONOMIC beer, as its name suggests.
HOW IS IT BREWED?
It is brewed from the best natural ingredients brought from 3 different continents. The entire brewing process of Gastro is natural, on a small scale and with a limited production, using a basic mechanization, where the criterion and the good work of the brewmaster are fundamental. Gastro is neither filtered nor pasteurized, thus maintaining intact its nutritional and organoleptic properties (flavor, color, aromas, etc.). The gas or natural carbon dioxide is produced inside the bottle as a result of the second fermentation that takes place inside the bottle, as well as the yeast sediment that remains at the bottom of the bottle, which is very rich in vitamins.
HOW IS IT SERVED?
To enjoy Gastro, a temperature of around 5-7 degrees Celsius is recommended. We recommend serving the beer slowly in a glass, do not tilt the glass when serving, but place it on the table, raise the bottle about 10 cm so that the liquid breaks in the glass and the natural cream of our beer is created. Do not serve more than 3-4 fingers of beer in the glass, as the aromas and properties of the beer are better preserved in the bottle for a longer period of time.
