Gin Whitley Neill Parma Violet is an artisanal gin, made by hand, with grain spirit mixed with carefully selected botanical ingredients, before its distillation process, which takes place in a copper pot that is more than 100 years old, which they have called "Constance".
Its nine finely selected botanical ingredients are: violet extract, juniper, angelica root, licorice, coriander seed, cassia bark, orris root, lemon and sweet orange.
