Our distillation.
Ginself is made by hand in a copper still in the eighteenth century and limited production of 500 liters. rigorously and thoroughly selected botanical extracts that are macerated 24 hours before the double distillation. beet alcohol that gives a softer touch and pleasant aftertaste.
Our Botanical
Sweet orange, bitter orange rind llimon, Angelica Root, Angelica Rama, Azahar, Chufa, juniper berries and tangerine.
Tasting Notes
outstanding notes on the nose citrus, especially tangerine and sweet fragrance to the unmistakable smell of orange blossoms. The palate has an elegant flavor and smooth on the palate with a fine touch of chufa that yields unique in the world.
