NOSE
En nariz desprende fragancia fresca y marina, notas salinas y un leve toque a algas, que evocan el ambiente de las rías gallegas.
MOUTH
En boca el sabor intenso y sabroso, de toque ligeramente dulce que contrasta la frescura salina. De textura tierna, jugosa y ligeramente crujiente en la parte externa, con un equilibrio ideal entre mar y suavidad.
