Radix 2011 Rosé wine is made from 100% Syrah and belongs to the DO Penedes.
The vineyards are located on the farm Els Pujols at a height of 270 meters above sea level, located north of Villafranca del Penedes. All its manufacturing process is certified Ecologically.
This magnificent pink wine Bodega Pares Balta, has a short maceration of 6 hours on low. And six weeks of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 16 º C.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 12 º and 14 º.

Bodega Parés Baltà es una bodega de vino ubicada en la región vinícola del Penedès, en el noreste de España. Fundada en 1790, la bodega se encuentra en la localidad de Pacs del Penedès, en la provincia de Barcelona.
La bodega es reconocida por su producción de vinos ecológicos y biodinámicos, utilizando técnicas naturales y sostenibles de cultivo y producción. Entre los vinos más destacados de la bodega se encuentran el Mas Petit, el Hisenda Miret, el Gratavinum y el Ros de Pacs.
La bodega cuenta con 5 fincas con viñedos propios ubicados en diferentes áreas del Penedès, que se caracterizan por diferentes tipos de suelo y clima. La bodega trabaja con variedades de uva autóctonas como la Xarel·lo, la Parellada y el Macabeo, así como con variedades internacionales como el Cabernet Sauvignon, el Merlot y el Chardonnay.
