Classical elaboration with destemmed and uncrushed grapes. Temperature control during fermentation and maceration below 27ºC.
Bottled at least three months before its commercialization.
Great vivacity and magnificent youth presents this splendid wine of high layer in cherry red, very clean, intense and bright. Rich in aromatic nuances with hints of ripe, healthy and fresh grapes and a simple but very attractive floral touch.
Balanced and with strength in the mouth, tasty, with nerve, with quality tannins and good acidity, fresh and generous ripe fruit character. Serving temperature between 12-14º C.
