El Castro de Valtuille Mencía young is a wine of el Bierzo, aged partly in 5,000 liters wooden tubs, produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Castro Ventosa. This Winery is located in the town of Valtuille de down the region of el Bierzo (León).  El Castro de Valtuille Mencía young is 100% made from the variety Mencia.las grapes come from vineyards planted on sand and chalk soils to some 530 - 628 m of altitude.
