ITALIAN RED WINE, CENTO EUV 04 HARVEST FOUNDATION

The grapes from ampelographic museum which houses more than 280 varieties
vineyard with two copies of each, arranged around the perimeter of the Azienda.
Aged in barrels of 5 Hl hardwood for eleven months and then
aged in bottle for another eleven months more.
Vibrant red cherry tones. Aromas of ripe fruit slightly spicy tones
spices and herbs of the field.

TASTING NOTE

VIEW

En copa muestra un color rojo intenso con reflejos violáceos, mostrando una buena concentración y brillo en la copa.

NOSE

En nariz destacan aroma complejo y envolvente, de notas de frutos rojos maduros como cerezas y frambuesas, acompañadas de matices florales. También se pueden percibir toques especiados y de madera, con una sutileza que evoca vainilla y un ligero tostado.

MOUTH

En boca, se presenta con cuerpo medio a pleno, con una estructura elegante y taninos bien integrados. El paso es suave y sedoso, destacando sabores de frutas rojas en confitura, acompañados de notas de cacao y un leve toque de especias.
