Rating: Wines The Cantos del Diablo and Reventon are two red plot Dani Landi produced two very specific vineyards Two wines made from Grenache same philosophy, to convey the character of the vineyard of the most authentic and natural as possible, but differentiated from one another according to the characteristics of each place.

The Reventón comes from an old vineyard Grenache (over 70 years), planted in the place of the same name, in the town of Cebreros, in the Sierra de Gredos area between continental and Mediterranean climate. strains are at a altitude of 950 meters, facing west, on a slate floor with quartz and red clay surface.

Landi To prepare avoids the use of pumps and aggressive processes, maceration is carried out with 100% scratch and uses yeasts. The wine is bottled without clarification or filtration, or stabilize. Production of about 2,000 bottles.

The result is a grenache intensely aromatic and tremendous freshness, a wine with nerve, rich and subtle.

Ageing: Aged for 14 months in 1500 fudres liters.

Graduation: 14.5%

Optimum serving temperature: between 16ºC and 17ºC
