Rating: Telmo Rodriguez was one of the pioneers in the discovery of garnachas Sierra de Gredos, an area from which they came delicious wines, so different from each other, depending on the orientation and especially soil composition.
Pegaso The series allows us to enjoy two very different wines: Pegaso Slate Canyons, particularly mineral grenache, with earthy notes and pencil lead, very ripe fruit aromas of mountain herbs... and Pegasus Granite with other minerality, more especially floral and balsamic. Dos honest wines, two wines that allow us to perceive the richness of Grenache, the potential of this area near Madrid and a good job.
Ageing: Aged for 18 months in barrels of 600 L French oak.
Graduation: 15,0%.
Optimum serving temperature, between 16ºC and 18ºC.
