The Red Wine Fincas de Azabache Crianza Garnacha from Bodega Fincas de Azabache presents this D.O. wine. Rioja created from 100% Garnacha grape varieties.

This wine is made with a special selection of old vines located in the Yerga mountain range of the Garnacha variety.

The grapes are harvested between the last week of September and the first fortnight of October, when the grapes have reached the optimal point of phenolic ripening.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in Ac tanks. Stainless at a controlled temperature between 26-28ºC with automatic control of pumping over, in this way we achieve more uniformity during fermentation and a much smoother and more complete extraction of aromatic and color compounds.
