This red wine, with denominación de origen Fleurie, belongs to the bodega Jean Foillar located in the historic region of Beaujolais (France). It is made 100% with the Gamay grape variety.

Vinification: manual harvesting and de-stemmed. Carbonic maceration in cold (4 ° C to 7 ° C). The alcoholic fermentation is performed with autochthonous yeast for 3-4 weeks without sulphur added.
