Two grapes specially selected vineyards winery dela property for this very special union of over 36 years old. Viognier grapes , ripening before the Shiraz , are collected twelve days before . Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels ( 90 % ) and the rest American .

An exceptional wine once released, the stay in the bottle for another eight years
more mature and refine it with new sensations.
