Red Wine Grey Syrah

RED WINE OF CHILE: GREY SYRAH 08

100% Syrah. The clusters were handpicked, crushed and stored
by gravity into stainless steel tanks where fermentation maceration was performed
at low temperatures to extract more color and flavor.
Then the strong fermented mash at a controlled temperature of 24-26 ° C.
Finally allowed to age for 18 months in French oak barrels and then
remain 12 months more in bottle.
Expressive, good body, rich and smooth structure is given by a large presence
round, ripe tannins almost chocolaty, filling the mouth and leave it velvety
end with a pleasant fruit and a long finish. You should drink now
but in bottle for 10 years but you will find new and spectacular
sensations.
