RED WINE HOROLA TEMPRANILLO 2012

The Regulatory Council DO Rioja described the 2012 vintage as very good harvest, weather conditions this year have been crucial for obtaining a reduced harvest but of exceptional quality.
The climate of the Valley's terrain Najerilla and help in developing grape Tempranillo Tinta indigenous variety of Rioja. The harvest is done manually in boxes during the first week of October, after separating the grapes pass these new barrels 500 liter French oak in which it conducts the alcoholic fermentation and aging. The wine remains on the lees in these barrels for a period of 10 months.

In the nose fruity aromas with notes of licorice wood.
The palate is full-bodied and structured and persistent finish.

It's great as an accompaniment to game dishes such as wild boar or venison, sausages, ham, chorizo, roast beef or lamb as cured or semi-cured cheeses.
Serve this wine at a temperature of 15-17ºC.
