It is Jimbro 3 wine 3 is the perfect union of 3 ink grape varieties found in the centenary vineyards of the Arribes del Duero. Three great minority and unknown grapes for the general public such as the Bruñal, Rufete and Juan García who as a whole give rise to a great unique, unique and elegant wine.
During the first steps of the Jimbroworld Wine Development Project, from the winery they focused on the recovery of the Bruñal grape variety, which for different reasons at the end of the 20th century was at risk of disappearing and lost forever of the genetic record of the genetic record of varieties It was during this work of preservation and recovery of the Bruñal variety, other scattered varieties were found between the old vineyards of the area, some of them of great oenological interest. Thanks to this almost daily contact we were gradually knowing these fantastic varieties and the protagonists of Jimbro3.
Jimbro3 is made from grapes from vineyards all of them centenary in the towns of Fermoselle, Pinilla and Aldeadavila de la Ribera These vineyards are witnesses of another era, otherwise working and understanding the cultivation of the vine. They have been able to resist different waves of the abandonment of the rural environment thanks to the immense work of the people in the area being all giants of what is now called heroic viticulture. It has been thanks to this anonymous group of men and women that today we can still enjoy these incredible vineyards that have endured the depopulation of this area of Spain and the mechanization of the sector.

JIMBRO WORLD nace del sueño de un grupo de amigos, amantes de la naturaleza, de elaborar vinos y otros productos naturales en espacios protegidos de gran valor ecológico.
El Parque Natural de las Arribes del Duero es un espacio natural único, con una gran biodiversidad de flora y fauna, donde el Duero hace frontera con Portugal y ha sido a orillas del Rio Duero donde en el 2010 se dieron los primeros pasos del proyecto y nace JIMBRO.
JIMBRO es un proyecto global donde el Viñedo y la Bodega se unen con un objetivo MAS GRANDE .... el afán de preservar la biodiversidad en Espacios Naturales y a la vez contribuir con nuestro granito de arena en un modelo de actividad que permita el desarrollo sostenible en el Medio Rural.
Los dos proyectos de productos naturales JIMBRO se unen y en el 2018 nace JIMBRO WORLD, una familia de productos naturales elaborados todos ellos en zonas protegidas de gran interés ecológico, agrupados bajo la marca de productos agroalimentarios JIMBRO.
El 2020 ha sido muy importante para nosotros, hemos sumado un nuevo miembro a la familia de vinos de JIMBRO WORLD. Por fin fruto de la unión de las variedades de uva tinta Bruñal, Rufete y Juan García nace JIMBRO3, un paso más en nuestro proyecto vitivinícola que profundiza en el compromiso de protección y conservación de las variedades minoritarias de la zona.
.... Y no paramos!! Durante la primera mitad de este año 2021 lanzaremos al mercado Europeo la línea de Productos de la Colmena, una línea de COSMETICA NATURAL certificada 100% ecológica de la cual os contaremos más en detalle muy muy pronto.
Estamos en un nuevo paso en nuestro proyecto, la evolución final: JIMBRO ORGANIC WORLD.
