SPANISH RED WINE MAS LA PLANA 2009

Part of the D.O. Penedès.

Grape variety used: cabernet sauvignon. 

Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, with a maceration of 28 days. 

In its development has a fermentation process in 7 days on stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. 

This wine kept in good condition keep their potential over the next 10 years.

TASTING NOTES RED WINE MAS LA PLANA 2009

In view presents a dark and well covered in color with garnet rim and fine and abundant tears. 

Nose: intense aroma with notes of truffle, toast and preserves forest berries red predominates. 

The palate is broad, high volume with juicy tannins that become balanced and elegance.

This wine is excellent with the best meat and hunting. 

Serve this wine at a temperature of 17º-18ºC.
