Mencia Aquitania Red Wine of the Designation of Origin Rias Baixas in Galicia, uses a variety of 100% Mencia grapes in Atlantic climate.
The vines where the grapes born to create this fantastic wine has granite disintegrations. They are typical Galician and pruning using the guyot system Parras. They are young vines.
For the preparation of this red wine, what they do is a fermentation for 25 days, which are in Contact, with the skins of the grapes in stainless steel tanks.
