VINTAGE WINE SELECTED NAVALDAR 2012/13 :
Part of the IO La Rioja.
The grape variety used is 100 % Tempranillo .
The red wine is a wine Navaldar selected , pampered and cared for vintage . For starters there is a de-stemming the grapes and then fermentation is made in stainless steel cotrolando temperature between 30 º C for 45 days. Then there aging of this wine for 4 months in French oak barrels and finally cold stabilized and bottled.
VINTAGE WINE SELECTED NAVALDAR 2012/13 : In view has a deep red color with violet notes.
The nose is quite aromatic intensity high . With hints of vanilla , coconut and ripe red fruits.
The palate is long and wide wine, while silky.
Tempartura appropriate consumer ; 16-18 º C. Always open 5 minutes before serving.
Pairing: Red meats, sausages , Iberian, cheese and nuts.
