Preparation: From our oldest vineyard of the queen variety of the Rioja Qualified Denomination of Origin and under the strictest of climatological conditions, the dry land, we obtain the best organic Tempranillo grapes for the modeling of this wine. By caring for and raising each of the clusters, excellent quality grapes are obtained that, after optimal ripening, are carefully and meticulously harvested. Once in the winery, all means are used for its correct preparation. A slow and controlled fermentation brings out all the aromas contained in each of the berries. Slow aging in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels enhances and enhances the character of this wine. Bottle aging makes this wine silky, pleasant and special. Ready to consume or store and observe this slow evolution very closely.
