SPANISH RED WINE SIN VIVIR 2009:

Part of the D.O. Valtiendas.

Grape variety used: Tempranillo.

Aged for 15 months in new oak barrels Ermitage.

TASTING NOTES RED WINE SIN VIVIR 2009:

In view presents an intense cherry red color, high robe with purple trim and dense tears. 

The nose is of high aromatic expression, with hints of cherry, plum jam, roasted species, blackberry liqueur, cocoa and minerals. 

The palate is dense and powerful with a fine acidity that surround the mouth intense aromas of cassis and blackberries. Broad and long finish with soft tannins and spicy and very mineral finish.

This wine is ideal to accompany any meat.
