TASTING NOTE

VIEW

En los años ochenta, José Manuel Vizcarra Aguado aposto por la creación de viñedos en la zona de la Ribera del Duero, considerando a este como un pionero, ya que nadie antes se había arriesgado a hacerlo antes.

Ya en la década de los noventa en 1991, su hijo de mismo nombre siguió sus pasos produciendo los primeros vinos jóvenes y consecutivamente vinos de guarda. Ya a principios de siglo en 2007, se implantan las nuevas instalaciones encada uno de los procesos de creación y crianza de los vinos, eliminando la utilización de bombas e imponiendo la crianza por gravedad.

Además de propietario de Bodegas Vizcarra es el actual enólogo, sus ultimas investigaciones le ha llevado a la elaboración de micro-vinificaciones de uvas que provienen de viejos viñedos.
