SPANISH RED WINE TRIO INFERNAL RIU 2010
Part of the DO Priorat.
The RIU 2010 red wine is produced by the winery from Trio Infernal an excellent combination of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah.
The process of fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to marinate for 25-30 days.
It is then aged for a period of 12 months in French oak barrels of 500 liter capacity.
TASTING NOTES RED WINE RIU 2010:
Given known for its intense cherry color with violet tones pillory. It is bright and abundant tears.
Nose: fruity aromas with floral notes predominate. Although slow to appear, we see funds balsamic and spicy.
In the mouth tasty and holding a magnificent structured acidity and a powerful but gentle tannins. It has a long, fresh aftertaste
RED WINE PAIRING RIU 2010:
Wine RIU 2010 combines beautifully with red meats, game, stews, rice, stew chicken and sheep cheeses. It is an ideal accompaniment to a good Iberian ham wine.
The alcohol content of this wine is 14.5%.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
