The coming of the Valley Winery of the jars Red wine Valley of the Botijas Crianza, , formed by various types of grape.
Description
Harvested in October 2014, from our vineyards at Valtiendas and Roa, with a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Alcoholic fermentation in maceration with the skins for 17 days, after malolactic fermentation during 25 days. Autochthonous yeast obtained through each vineyard vintage. Bordeaux toasting French oak barrel aging means for 14 months
GASTRONOMY
On the palate is unctuous, with a soft, round attack, shrew astringency and its this acidity and its 14% alcoholic which promises you long life. Long, with a silky, warm touch. A wine to enjoy at 13 degrees of temperature, is great with red meat (beef), roasted lamb and suckling pig, hunting, without diminishing fish like the bream, sea bream or a good grouper. Serve at 13 - 14 ° C.

Valle Del Botijas: Vinos con un carácter y una personalidad que reflejan el esfuerzo de largos meses de selección y preparación.
La Historia de Bodegas Valle del Botijas comenzó hace 15 años. Durante estos años Valle del Botijas ha buscado las mejores opciones de viñedo y elaboración, es por ello que la selección de los tres viñedos que tienen se haya realizado mediante una meticulosa selección para obtener la mayor calidad de sus vinos.
Con respecto al tipo de uva que trabajan se centran particularmente en 5 uvas diferentes las cuales están situadas en varias situaciones geográficas.
Tempranillo y Syrah en Caserío de San Jose y Pesquera de Duero.
Cabernet y Merlot en Roa de Duero.
Verdejo en Nava de la Asunción.
La bodega se centra especialmente en elaborar vinos que refleje la imagen de la naturaleza de los viñedos, apostando por el buen cuidado y la calidad.
Sobre las instalaciones, se encuentra en Pesquera del Duero, consta de un edificio, diferenciando elaboración y crianza, compuestas por maquinaria moderna que ayuda a la obtención de las mejores calidades posibles.
