RED WINE OF CHILE, VERTICE 2008
Vertex is the joint creation of Philip Tosso, Chilean winemaker Vina Ventisquero
and Australian winemaker John Duval. They created this assembly that represents
best of the grapes on the slopes of Apalta. Limited edition handcrafted,
delivers the best expression of Carmenere and Syrah. Harvested by hand
each grape at its optimal time of collection. Aged in oak barrels
French for 18 months and then 9 months more in bottle.
Deep red with hints of violets. Aromas of red and black fruits mixed
with aromas of mild spices like black pepper and other spices
some notes of vanilla and chocolate themselves from the barrels. The palate of soft tannins
firm structure, black fruit and spices, balanced acidity and a long finish
mouth. A wine to be enjoyed today, has great aging potential of
up to 10 years.

Viña Ventisquero es una bodega de vinos chilena fundada en 1998 por el empresario Gonzalo Vial. La bodega cuenta con viñedos en las regiones de Colchagua, Maipo, Casablanca y Leyda, en Chile, y también produce vinos en el Valle de Uco, en Argentina.
Se enfoca en producir vinos de alta calidad y sostenibles, utilizando prácticas de cultivo y producción amigables con el medio ambiente. Entre sus vinos destacados se encuentran el Pangea, el Enclave, el Grey y el Vertice, entre otros.
La bodega también cuenta con una oferta turística que incluye visitas guiadas a los viñedos ya la bodega, catas de vinos y maridajes, y eventos especiales.
