Red Wine Vivanco Crianza is made with three grape varieties: Tempranillo, Maturana Tinta and Graciano, belonging to the D.O. La Rioja, in selected vineyards from the terroirs of Briones, San Vicente, Alesón, Agoncilo and Tudelilla, spread over 20 plots of different latitudes and orientations with soft microfiber and extraordinary clay-calcareous soils, that is where the personality of this wine is acquired. came.

The harvest is early and is carried out manually in small boxes to avoid breaking the grains. The grapes are kept in a cold room to extract the color and aromas in a gentle way, for a period of 36 hours before processing on the table. of selection that is done first by selecting clusters and then grains.

The production is by means of a gentle crushing, where the must is vatted by gravity in small French oak vats where it ferments and macerates in contact with the skins at a maximum controlled temperature of 28º, receiving light pumping over for 20 days. The aging takes place for 16 months in French and American oak barrels with periodic racking, culminating the cycle with 6 months of rest in a bottle.

The Vivanco winery is located in Briones, in the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria and on the banks of the Ebro River, with the innovation of having an underground winery that is functional and aesthetic.
