RED WINE NEW ZEALAND PINOT NOIR 09 PREMO Waipara

Each vineyard block was hand harvested separately and delivered to the winery
to be put on a sorting table. It is aged for 15 months in
French oak barrels before bottling.

A wine to be enjoyed upon release its permanence
in bottle for eight years as mature and develop.

WINE TASTING PREMO Waipara PINOT NOIR 2009

View: dark cherry color,

Nose: This wine is aromatic, elegant, hints of ripe fruit,
cherry, balanced with oak derived aromas of smoke, charcoal
and coffee beans.

Palate: The palate impresses the combination of ripe fruit flavors
with slight hint of chocolate, ripe tannins and vibrant acidity and integrated with
wood, with deep concentration and give us an ending character really
nice and full.

The palate is impressed by the combination of flavors of ripe fruit with a slight touch of chocolate, ripe tannins and vibrant acidity and integrated with the wood, with a deep concentration and character giving us a really pleasant and full finish.
