It has been aged for 22 years by the Solera system and hatcheries. Oxidative aging. It has a production of 3000 bottles.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature between 12 º and 14 º C.

Bodegas Tradición es una bodega de vinos de Jerez ubicada en la ciudad de Jerez de la Frontera, en la provincia de Cádiz, España. La bodega fue fundada en 1998 por Joaquín Rivero, quien comenzó a adquirir soleras de vinos de Jerez de alta calidad de bodegas desaparecidas.
La filosofía de la bodega se basa en conservar las técnicas tradicionales de elaboración de vinos de Jerez y mantener la calidad de los vinos que producen. La bodega cuenta con más de 30 soleras de vinos de Jerez, algunas de las cuales tienen más de 100 años de antigüedad.
La gama de vinos de Bodegas Tradición incluye vinos de Jerez de diversas variedades, como Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso y Pedro Ximénez. Además, la bodega también produce brandy de Jerez y vinagre de Jerez.
