Elaboration
This Torondos Rosé Wine is made with grapes that have been selected and collected from traditional vineyards that mature in underground concrete tanks.
It is fermented at a controlled temperature (14-18 ̊C) and malolactic fermentation in underground tanks.

The Bodegas Cooperativa Cigales was founded in 1957 with the aim of offering a high quality product without leaving aside tradition, thus maintaining the underground structure of the old Cigales wineries.
Now after many modifications to adapt to the new era, the underground tanks have been covered with epoxy resin and automatic cooling system, state-of-the-art stainless steel has been added. And for the aging treatment, we have 200 oak butts from different cooperative workshops.
