Tasting, described the senses:
This wine comes from a bleeding, from the Tempranillo variety. Fermented at a very low temperature, trying to keep the varietal aromas and the freshness that we now find in the wine, for this one also works with inert gases, avoiding contact with oxygen.
Bright and clean ruby color, with many fuchsia tones. Very complex in aromas, mixing of fruit aromas, strawberry, raspberry and cherry in the first place, letting certain shades of blueberries, endrinas and currants, appreciated light tones of elegance of flowers such as violet and magnolia.
Unctuous and bulky in the mouth, filling it with a balance, between retransal aromas, which remind us of the notes detected in the nose, and a persistence that invites us to tasting.
