Bodegas Cachopa is a family winery created in 1995 on the riverbank, in the Villa de Vadocondes, in a rustic but modern and functional image building designed by its founder Eduardo Simón. The winery made its first wine with the 1997 harvest. This winery is based on the good knowledge by the winemaker Juan Manuel Burgos of his 15 hectares of vineyard and another 45 closely supervised, in which centenary strains of the variety are found of fine red grapes with which they produce high quality wines.
