Coming from a single plot of Garnacha, this unique vineyard is located in Porrera, outside the municipality of Torroja. In this field, sandstones dominate, interspersed with blackboards, creating the perfect conditions for the cultivation of the black garnacha. The vineyards, thirty years old, are cultivated following sustainable agriculture practices, with the organic certification process.

The elaboration of L'Bellar's rock reflects a commitment to the quality and pure expression of the black garnacha. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in small 500 -liter food plastic deposits, with a continuous maceration for eight to fourteen days. Subsequently, the must to complete the fermentation is press. The wine ages with grace at 1,100 liter terracotta amphorae for fourteen months, allowing flavors to integrate and evolve harmoniously.
