Natural Red Wine
1564 Natural Red is a natural red wine, which means that it has been made with the minimum possible intervention, as in the past. In fact, it is possibly the wine most similar to the one our grandparents consumed. And wait, there's even more, because in addition to being natural, it is a wine without added sulfites.

This wine is made from 22-year-old vines located in Las Maricas-Los Terreros at an altitude of between 700 and 740 meters. The continental climate with Mediterranean influence makes it an ideal area to create this variety. The manual harvest is carried out at the end of September, where it is subsequently incubated and spontaneously fermented at a temperature that does not exceed 24 ºC, carried out by natural yeast from the grapes themselves. NOSE
Fruta roja y negra muy madura en nariz, fresa, mora, arándanos y notas de melocotón dulce y especias: canela y clavo, a pesar de no haber pasado por barrica. Cuando se abre en copa, aparece fresco, con toques de lavanda y monte bajo.
MOUTH
Paso en boca muy dulce, cálido, taninos presentes pero muy maduros, redondo, de acidez equilibrada y retrogusto largo y armonioso.PAIRINGS

La Bodega
La historía de la Bodega Sierra Norte comineza en el año 1914 con 8.000 metros cuadrados, esa era la superficie que ocupaba los primeros viñedos de Bobal que plantaron Miguel y Lorenzo en su pueblo natal, Camporrobles. Sin duda ellos fueron unos visionarios en un momento en el que todo el mundo se dedicaba al ceareal.En la actualidad cuentan con tres bodegas de producción, ubicadas en Camporrobles, La Roda y Jumilla, pero el cuartel general se ubica en la bodega de Requena, aquí se desarrolla el trabajo diario de organización, administración, investigación y logística. En la parte técnica cuentan con una embotelladora de última tecnología, una completa area de I+D o y un parque de 1.100 barricas de roble francés y americano. Desde este centro también se distribuyen a los 5 continentes todos los vinos elaborados en el resto de bodegas.
