• Smell: complex aromas of red and black fruits and licorice with chocolate, cinnamon and minerals
• Taste: palate very nice and spacious with flavors of toasted fresh red fruits. It is a long wine with great mouthfeel and ideal to enjoy.
Bottle: 0.75L
Production: Selected for quality and macerated in escrow to obtain adequate levels of color. Subsequently, filled in the barrels where it ferments slowly to start malolactic fermentation. It remains 9 months on the lees. Perfect with smoked meats and pates and other gourmet products.
