Wine made with 100% Tempranillo, D.O. Ribera del Duero, its winemaker is Ernesto Peña. They are produced in different vineyards such as:
Moradillo de Roa: vineyards of more than 30 years of Tinto Fino, high altitude moorland vineyards, with complex grapes and good acidity.
La Horra: 20 year old vineyard, medium altitude and bottom soil.
Roa: vineyard with medium textured soils, grapes that require a patient harvest to achieve great complexity.
Gumiel de Izán: 20-25 year old vineyard, at altitude, with aromatic, fine, subtle grapes. SW orientation.
It is recommended to open half an hour before disgorging and serve at a temperature between 14 to 17ºC.
