In short, a magical wine, mineral and with a lot of authenticity, which expresses the typicality of a very special vineyard in which 3 different clones of Bobal have been identified, to achieve more complexity in the resulting wine.Harvest carried out on September 24, 2015. It is made in open French oak barrels of 500 liters, the alcoholic fermentation was carried out with indigenous yeasts; and aged in a new barrel of 500 liters and in a new barrel of 300 liters for 24 months.
