Oinoz is a wine made from Tempranillo from different vineyards located 600 meters of altitude on mostly limestone soils, with ages ranging from 35 to 80 years. the harvest is manual double selection (cluster and grain). Fermentation is done in stainless steel (26 ° C) for 10-14 days and upbringing is 12 months in barrels, lies 12 months in bottle before going to market.
