Zerrán Red Wine
Zerrán Red Wine is made from a blend of Garnacha, Mazuelo and Syrah grapes. Coming from its old vineyards (50 years on average), these are located near the Mediterranean Sea at an altitude of 550m. The soils are calcareous and clay, with some slate areas. This wine is made by Bodegas Jorge Ordónez and has a D. O. Montsant.Regarding the fermentation process, the first is carried out in stainless steel tanks, and the malolactic one is carried out in wooden barrels. The Zerrán Red Wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. It is characterized by being a fruity, complex and balanced wine.
